POSITION: Cornerstone Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide operational leadership and management to the credit union’s marketing team and to develop, manage and execute the credit union’s marketing and communication plan. As a member of the senior management team, the Marketing Manager will actively support the credit union’s strategic and business development objectives by participating in the design, development, evaluation and management of the credit union’s strategic marketing plan and budgets. This individual will manage all areas of the credit union’s research, member communications and public relations projects and will ensure such projects are managed to support profitable growth and improved efficiencies and effectiveness of operations within the scope of the position.
QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will be a community minded individual with post-secondary education, plus four to six years of marketing related management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven leadership skills and the ability to coach, establish performance standards and evaluate performance are required. The successful candidate must be creative, possess exceptional communication skills and have excellent interpersonal skills. A commitment to continuous learning and development is required.
